Deine Stärken

In unserem Rostocker Büro erwartet dich ein zehnköpfiges Team, das sich auf deine Unterstützung freut. Deine Arbeitszeiten gestalten sich von 8-16 Uhr, nach individueller Absprache auch flexibler möglich. Nach deiner Einarbeitung kannst du ca. 50% mobil arbeiten.

<ul><li>Du kommunizierst mit unseren Kunden zu offenen Forderungen, triffst eigene Entscheidungen innerhalb deines Bereichs zu Zahlungsvereinbarungen und stellst deren Umsetzung sowie Nachverfolgung sicher</li><li>Du bist erster Ansprechpartner für deine Kundenanliegen und fungierst als Schnittstelle zu unseren internen Fachbereichen sowie externen Dienstleistern </li><li>Du stehst mit deinem Kundenstamm schriftlich und telefonisch zur Klärung der offenen Forderungen und Kundenanliegen in Kontakt</li><li>Du bearbeitest regelmäßig Mahnungen, Forderungsübergaben an unsere Geschäftspartner (z.B.
