Dabei arbeitest du eigenständig, übernimmst Verantwortung und stehst in engem Austausch mit Vertrieb und Vertragsprüfung. Mitarbeiter Sales Support (m/w/d)

In unserem Rostocker Büro erwartet dich ein <strong>zehnköpfiges Team</strong>, das sich auf deine Unterstützung freut. Deine Arbeitszeiten gestalten sich von <strong>8-16 Uhr</strong>, nach individueller Absprache auch flexibler möglich. Nach deiner Einarbeitung kannst du ca. 50% mobil arbeiten.

<ul><li>Du kommunizierst mit unseren Kunden zu offenen Forderungen, triffst eigene Entscheidungen innerhalb deines Bereichs zu Zahlungsvereinbarungen und stellst deren Umsetzung sowie Nachverfolgung sicher</li><li>Du bist erster Ansprechpartner für deine Kundenanliegen und fungierst als Schnittstelle zu unseren internen Fachbereichen sowie externen Dienstleistern </li><li>Du stehst mit deinem Kundenstamm schriftlich und telefonisch zur Klärung der offenen Forderungen und Kundenanliegen in Kontakt</li><li>Du bearbeitest regelmäßig Mahnungen, Forderungsübergaben an unsere Geschäftspartner (z.B. Inkasso- oder Anwaltsbüro) und überwachst Zahlungseingänge und Fristen  </li></ul>

Dein Start wird von einem persönlichen Paten an unserem Standort in Frankfurt am Main begleitet. Nach deiner Einarbeitung arbeitest du flexibel im Hybrid-Modell - ein Teil mobil, mindestens 40-50% in unserem modernen Office mitten in der City, nur wenige Gehminuten vom Mainufer entfernt.

We are looking for a new team member with <strong>1-3 years</strong> of experience in the<strong> European </strong>regulated environment.

<ul><li>You support the implementation and maintenance of Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Operational Resilience across Allane Mobility Group </li><li>You assist in IT and Cyber Risk Management, including risk assessments, incident reporting, monitoring, and oversight of 1st Line activities, ensuring regulatory compliance and effective risk governance</li><li>You conduct Business Impact Analyses (BIA)</li><li>You help develop and update Business Continuity Plans (BCPs), including response and recovery actions, communication plans, and return-to-business-as-usual measures</li><li>You assist in monitoring compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., MaRisk, DORA, BAIT and etc.), and support audits by providing requested evidence, as well as contributing to BCM-related trainings</li></ul>

<ul><li>You analyze vehicle markets and our portfolio to identify concentrations, RV performance deviations, and early warning signals of market changes</li><li>You translate analytical insights into actionable recommendations for RV setting, collaborating with Sales and Finance teams</li><li>You develop advanced quantitative methods for RV setting, for market analysis and RV risk steering</li><li>You build and maintain a data infrastructure that enables ad-hoc analysis and regular data-driven insights on residual value risks and competitiveness</li><li>You align stakeholders on RV setting, present recommendations to senior management in committees, and prepare regular reporting on all residual value risk matters</li></ul>

<ul><li>You will join a team focused on the <strong>operation and security</strong> of cloud-based and traditional production systems, including <strong>Firewalls, WAF, Load Balancers, DNS, Linux, and Storage</strong>, with a strong emphasis on cloud infrastructure management</li><li>You will use <strong>Infrastructure as Code (IaC)</strong> tools to automate system deployments, minimize manual intervention, and improve reliability</li><li>You will <strong>collaborate with software developers</strong> to optimize infrastructure for both development and production environments, contributing to the delivery of new and ongoing IT initiatives</li><li>You will <strong>participate in an on-call rotation</strong> outside regular business hours to provide emergency support for critical online and internal business applications</li><li>You will take ownership of <strong>standard operational tasks</strong>, including patching, user access reviews, log analysis, and system health checks, to ensure platform reliability and compliance</li></ul>

<ul><li>You have <strong>at least 2 years of experience</strong> with Linux servers in enterprise environments and at least <strong>2 years working with cloud platforms</strong>, including AWS. Experience working with on-premise environment would be a plus</li><li>You are proficient in <strong>Terraform, Terragrunt</strong>, and managing <strong>GitHub repositories</strong>, with hands-on experience in <strong>CI/CD pipelines</strong>. Familiarity with <strong>GitHub Actions</strong> and <strong>Quality Gates</strong> is advantageous</li><li>You have experience <strong>coordinating projects and managing change</strong> across IT teams, ideally in the <strong>financial services</strong> sector</li><li>You understand <strong>ITIL frameworks</strong> and can effectively manage incidents, problems and changes</li><li>You are a <strong>self-motivated, results-driven professional</strong> with strong problem-solving and communication skills, capable of handling complex technical challenges under pressure.
